Do my fans need a special app to tap my bracelet?
No! That's the beauty of it. Anyone with an NFC-enabled smartphone (most modern Android and iPhone models) can tap your bracelet and your profile will open directly in their mobile web browser. No downloads required for them.
How do I set up my digital profile?
It's a simple three-step process:
- Purchase your bracelet and create an account on the Exhibot platform.
- Customize your profile: Use our user-friendly dashboard to add your photo, bio, links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, your website, and even your calendly invite link.
- Program your bracelet: With one click in your dashboard, you'll assign your unique profile URL to your bracelet's NFC chip.
Can I update my profile links after I've set it up?
Yes, absolutely! Your digital profile is not static. You can log into your Exhibot dashboard at any time to change, add, or remove links, update your bio, or change your profile picture. The bracelet will always point to the latest version of your profile.
Is there a subscription fee to manage my profile?
No! Your one-time bracelet purchase includes lifetime access to the profile management platform with free updates.
How much does shipping cost?
Great news—shipping is on us! Every order comes with free standard shipping.
What is your return and warranty policy?
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The bracelet is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item due to our error.
- You cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase (before production begins).
Returns are not granted for:
- Bracelets that have been activated or linked to your account.
- Products with physical damage after delivery (e.g., scratches from wear).
- Issues due to incorrect profile setup by the user.
- Change of mind after the bracelet has been customized.
How to Request a Refund/Replacement:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@exhibot.app with your Order ID and details of the issue. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
