Exhibot NG Return & Refund Policy

At Exhibot NG, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Each Exhibot bracelet is uniquely produced, linked to our digital platform, and tested for quality before delivery.

This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be approved.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

Because each Exhibot bracelet is custom-linked to a user profile or digital ID, returns and refunds are limited to specific situations.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The bracelet you received is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product, color, or model due to an error on our end.
  • You cancel your order before production or activation begins (typically within 24 hours of purchase).

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order using the instructions below.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be granted if:

  • Your bracelet has already been activated or linked to your Exhibot account.
  • The product has been tampered with, scratched, or physically damaged after delivery.
  • The issue arises from incorrect input of personal/social links by the user.
  • You simply change your mind after activation or customization.

Once the NFC bracelet's linking or personalization process has begun, refunds cannot be issued, as the product becomes user-specific.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or correction:

  1. Email us at support@exhibot.ng with the subject line "Refund/Return Request – [Your Order ID]".
  2. Attach your purchase receipt or payment confirmation, along with clear photos or video showing the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our support team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or we may ship a replacement depending on the situation.

4. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your Exhibot bracelet arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it at no additional cost. We may request that you return the faulty product before sending a replacement, depending on the case.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if production or activation has not yet begun.
